I have over 13 years of counseling experience working with adolescents, and adults. I am passionate about therapy and have seen how much it can help people create the lives that they have always wanted.
My Focus
Transitions are my focus as those are the times when you may feel out of control. I am here to listen to and guide you as you discover what is most important. Personal counseling provides you the time and space to better understand yourself and your needs.

Creating connections with my clients is my foundation. From there we can work collaboratively using evidence-based practices to help you reach your counseling goals.
