Having worked with teens, educators and professional organizations for over 10 years we specialize in developing custom curriculums, workshops and trainings to best help your school. In addition to the growing cases of anxiety and depression that we have seen in our teens; people are facing new hurdles whether it is social distancing, routine disruption or the other stressors of post pandemic life. We recognize that equipping students, parents, administration, faculty and staff with tools and resources is the key for the success of the entire school ecosystem.

We will set your intentions for what type of parent you want to be. We will guide you through the process of identifying your triggers and providing you with the tools to respond in more productive and positive ways.
Teenagers are no longer children and yet they are not yet adults. Having teens can often be one of the most difficult ages for the parent and child relationship. We will explore the brain development of your teen, discuss various behaviors and learn ways to better connect the family.
